Houston Bound

As you read this, I'll be in Houston.  My flight left this AM at 6:00; I know, I know what was I thinking?!  Who on earth books these early flights?  Oh, me!  

I'm in Houston for my boss, Donna Vining.  She is a participating designer in the Villa de Luxe Designer Show House 2013 which benefits Preservation Houston and is sponsored by Martha Turner and Sotheby's.  Donna's room is the master bedroom, and it's absolutely gorgeous.  I love how serene and inviting her space is.  Here's a sneak peek of the space.

Wall treatment: soft "aged" silver leaf stenciled  on lavender walls.

 The bed is being installed.  I absolutely love this bed, the spindle posts are my favorite!

 The mirror is being hung above the fireplace.
