Workout Wednesday #25

Happy Hump Day peeps!  Only 2 more days of your wonderful work week, and then to relaxation on the weekend!  It's gym time!  I'm off to get my workout on, and I hope you will be able to get yourself in the gym or outside for some good ole cardio!

Weighted Dead Lifts: 3 sets of 15

 Front & Reverse Lunges: 3 sets of 15 ea leg

 Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 15

 Squats: 3 sets of 15-20

Shoulders: 3 sets of 15 (12 lbs)

 Dips: 3 sets of 15

 Abs (individual legs raises): 3 sets of 15 ea leg
